Olea Media ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Thugga service. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

To provide our product photography service, we collect:

Email Address: Used for account creation, magic-link login verification, and support communication.
Uploaded Product Images: Processed and temporarily stored in our secure Cloudflare R2 databases to generate backgrounds and optimize layouts.
Usage Metrics: Basic anonymous data regarding page interactions to optimize performance.

2. Payment Processing

We utilize Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor, to handle billing and transactions. We do not store or collect your payment card details. All billing information is provided directly to Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

3. Sharing and Disclosing Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or uploaded images to third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers (like Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for serverless hosting) to execute core functionalities of the Service.

4. Data Retention

We store your email and active catalog images for as long as your account remains open. If you delete an image from your dashboard, it is soft-deleted immediately from display and fully deleted from storage during routine server maintenance. If you request account closure, we delete all your associated records.
