We want you to be completely satisfied with our AI-powered product photography services. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which you may cancel your subscription and request refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Thugga paid subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your plan benefits will remain active until the end of your current monthly billing period, and no further recurring charges will be made.
2. Refund Window
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied with the results of our background generation or color correction within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund of your monthly charge.
3. Processing Refunds
To request a refund under the 14-day window, please email us at support@oleamedia.com from the email address associated with your Thugga account.
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment card via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
4. Usage Limits
To prevent abuse of the 14-day guarantee, refunds will not be issued if you have processed more than 50% of your plan's monthly image generation quota prior to requesting the refund.
